Free document tools, without the friction

Everyday document tasks are surprisingly painful. Compressing a PDF to fit an upload limit, merging a few scanned pages, resizing a photo for an application, or converting a Word file to PDF often means hunting for software, dodging pushy sign-up screens, or paying for a subscription you will use twice.

We built DocsSeva to fix that. Our goal is to offer a single, trustworthy home for the tools people reach for most — each one free, fast, and respectful of your privacy. There is no account to create, nothing to install, and no watermark stamped on your results. You open a tool, do the task, and get on with your day.

We are continually adding new tools and refining the ones we have, guided by what real users actually need. If it is a common document or image task, we want DocsSeva to handle it beautifully.

DocsSeva provides document utilities and guidance on choosing settings, resolving common errors, and checking downloaded results. Our guides focus on tasks such as meeting upload limits, arranging PDF pages, and preparing image dimensions.

A worked example explains a workflow, rather than promising the same result for every file. Compression depends on the original images and text; OCR depends on scan quality and language; conversion can change layout. Always inspect the output before submitting an application or sharing a document.

Country photo presets are a starting point. Check the receiving authority's current rules for size, background, framing, and file format. A correctly sized photo does not by itself guarantee acceptance.
