When you write to us
- Reporting a problem? Tell us which tool you used, what you expected, what happened instead, your browser and device, and any error message on screen. A screenshot helps us find it faster.
- Please don't attach private documents. Identity cards, bank statements and contracts should never be emailed to us. If one particular file causes the problem, a harmless sample that shows the same behaviour is all we need.
- We can't recover your files.Many tools run entirely in your browser and server-based tools don't keep uploads, so we never hold a copy of what you processed. Keep your originals.
- Suggesting a tool or a size preset?If an exam or portal needs a photo, signature or PDF size we don't cover yet, send the link to its official notice so we can build to the published rules.
- Privacy requests are answered within 5 business days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
