Our Core Privacy Commitment

DocsSeva does not store your files. All uploaded documents are processed in your browser when a tool supports local processing. Tools that require a server upload process the file temporarily to produce your result and do not intentionally retain it as permanent storage.

1. Information We Collect

• Files You Upload: Many tools process files locally in your browser. When a tool requires server processing, the file is transmitted over HTTPS solely to produce the requested result and is not intentionally retained as permanent storage.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated data such as which tools are used most frequently, page visit counts, and general geographic region (country level). This data contains no personally identifiable information.
• Technical Logs: Standard web server logs may capture your IP address, browser type, and the pages you access. Logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention purposes only.
• Cookies and ads: Essential site storage supports preferences such as your consent choice. With permission, Google AdSense and Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to measure traffic, prevent abuse, and personalize ads. You can accept or reject optional storage in our consent banner.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and return the file you requested (e.g., compress a PDF, convert an image).
• To maintain the security and performance of our service.
• To analyze tool usage trends in aggregate (never tied to individual users).
• We do not use your data for advertising profiling, selling to third parties, or any purpose beyond operating this service.

3. Third-Party Services

• Google AdSense: Google and its partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, or process IP addresses to serve and measure ads, limit repeated ads, and detect invalid activity. • Google Analytics (if enabled): We may use Google Analytics to understand usage patterns. Data collected is anonymized and does not include file contents.

4. Data Retention

• Uploaded Files: Retained in memory during processing only (typically under 30 seconds). Permanently deleted immediately after your download link is generated.
• Server Logs: Retained for up to 30 days, then automatically purged.
• Analytics and advertising data: Google controls retention for data processed by Google Analytics and AdSense under its own policies and the settings configured for those services.

5. Your Rights

• Since we do not store personal files or create user accounts, there is no personal data to request deletion of.
• You may contact us to request deletion of any server logs associated with your IP address.
• EU/EEA residents have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, and erasure of personal data.
• California residents have rights under CCPA. We do not sell personal information.
