Our Core Privacy Commitment

DocsSeva does not store your files. All uploaded documents are processed in your browser when a tool supports local processing. Tools that require a server upload process the file temporarily to produce your result and do not intentionally retain it as permanent storage.

1. Information We Collect

• Files You Upload: Many tools process files locally in your browser. When a tool requires server processing, the file is transmitted over HTTPS solely to produce the requested result and is not intentionally retained as permanent storage.
• Usage Data: Analytics may measure page visits, tool interactions, device information, and approximate geographic region. Google may process identifiers under its own policies. We do not intentionally send document contents to analytics.
• Technical Logs: Standard web server logs may capture your IP address, browser type, and the pages you access. Logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention purposes only.
• Cookies and ads: Essential site storage supports preferences such as your consent choice. With permission, Google AdSense and Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to measure traffic, prevent abuse, and personalize ads. You can accept or reject optional storage in our consent banner.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and return the file you requested (e.g., compress a PDF, convert an image).
• To maintain the security and performance of our service.
• To understand page and tool usage through analytics, subject to your optional consent choice.
• We do not sell your document contents. Google advertising services may process separate usage data for advertising purposes, as described below.

3. Third-Party Services

• Google AdSense: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable it and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. Google and its partners may also use web beacons and IP addresses to measure ads and detect invalid activity. Learn about Google's partner-site data practices. • Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand page and tool usage. Optional analytics storage is controlled by your consent choice. Document contents are not intentionally included in analytics events.
• Content Delivery Networks: We may use CDNs to serve static assets (CSS, JavaScript). These services do not have access to your uploaded files.

4. Data Retention

• Files: Browser-based tools process files locally. Tasks that require a server upload use temporary processing to produce a result, rather than permanent document storage. Processing time varies by task and file size. Download and retain any result you need.
• Server Logs: Retained for up to 30 days, then automatically purged.
• Analytics and advertising data: Google controls retention for data processed by Google Analytics and AdSense under its own policies and the settings configured for those services.

5. Your Rights

• Public tools do not require an account. Technical logs and data held by third-party analytics or advertising services may still include personal data; their practices are described above.
• You may contact us to request deletion of any server logs associated with your IP address.
• EU/EEA residents have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, and erasure of personal data.
• California residents have rights under CCPA. We do not sell personal information.
