What is Meesho Label Cropper?
Meesho Label Cropper is a free online tool that takes the A4 PDF Meesho gives a seller and returns just the shipping labels, ready to print. A downloaded Meesho manifest puts the label in the upper portion of each page and the tax invoice underneath it, separated by a rule. Printed as it comes, every parcel costs a full A4 sheet and carries a copy of your invoice on the outside, which is both wasteful and something most sellers would rather not stick to a box.
The tool reads each page, works out where the label ends and the invoice begins, and cuts there. It does not rely on a fixed measurement. Meesho changed the layout in 2023 — the courier block moved and the invoice heading was renamed — so two template versions are registered and every page is matched against both. Detection works from text anchors actually present on the page: the Meesho wordmark, the "Tax Invoice" or "Bill of Supply" heading, the customer address block, and the SKU, order number and AWB fields. The crop rectangle is then adjusted per page from what was found.
That per-page adjustment is the point. A manifest is rarely uniform: a long delivery address pushes the label taller, and a multi-item order pushes the invoice heading further down. A tool that crops every page at the same coordinate will eventually slice through a barcode somewhere in a batch of eighty, and a sliced barcode is a parcel the courier cannot scan. When a page does not match a known layout confidently, it is sent to manual review rather than cropped blind, so you see it on screen instead of discovering it at the pickup desk.
Everything runs in your browser. The PDF is parsed, cropped and rebuilt on your own machine, so customer names, addresses, phone numbers, order numbers and barcodes never leave your device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and no watermark is added to the output.
When should you use Meesho Label Cropper?

How to use Meesho Label Cropper

Download the manifest from Meesho
In the Meesho Supplier Panel, download the label PDF for the orders you are dispatching. Adding several files at once is fine.

Drop the PDFs into the tool
Open the Meesho Label Cropper and add your files. Each page is matched against the registered Meesho templates as it loads.

Decide about the tax invoice
Leave invoice removal on for labels only, or keep the invoice if you enclose a printed copy inside the parcel.

Order by pickup group to follow the courier handover, or by SKU to pick one product at a time.

Pick A4 four-per-page, A6 or 4 × 6 thermal, review anything flagged for manual review, then download and print.
Common problems & how to fix them
Its layout did not match a registered Meesho template confidently — usually an unusually long address, or a template we have not seen yet. Set the crop yourself on that page; the rest of the batch is unaffected.
Adjust the crop on that page before printing. Never print a batch containing a clipped barcode: the courier scanner will reject it and the parcel comes back to you.
Invoice removal is switched off — turn it on and run again. If the invoice heading on your template is worded unusually, that page goes to manual review instead of being cut in the wrong place.
Choose the 4 × 6 thermal output rather than A4, and set the printer to actual size rather than fit-to-page, which shrinks the barcode below the scannable threshold.
Download the manifest again from the supplier panel. A part-downloaded PDF, or a screenshot saved as a PDF, has no text layer for the anchors to read.
That manifest covers a single pickup. Sort by SKU or order number instead, which is the more useful order for a single-pickup batch.
