What is Shipping Label Cropper?

Shipping Label Cropper is the multi-marketplace version of the tool: instead of picking a platform first, you drop in whatever label PDFs you have and each page is identified on its own. Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon templates are all registered, along with a generic profile for downloads that match none of them, so a seller who lists on three marketplaces can crop one mixed pile in a single pass rather than sorting it into three piles first.

Identification reads text anchors from each page rather than trusting the file name or the page size. A marketplace wordmark, a "Tax Invoice" or "Bill of Supply" heading and where it sits vertically, an address block, and identifier fields such as SKU, AWB, Order ID or ASIN each contribute to a score. The highest-scoring template wins the page. Where no template scores well enough — an unfamiliar courier, a new layout, a marketplace not yet profiled — the generic profile takes over, looking for the label block by structure rather than by branding.

The crop is then placed from what was detected on that page, not from a stored measurement. This is the part that decides whether a batch prints correctly, because page geometry moves constantly: a long delivery address makes the label taller, more line items push the invoice heading down, and a thermal label has no invoice boundary at all. Cropping everything at one coordinate works right up until the page where it shaves the top off a barcode, which looks fine on screen and fails at the courier hub. Pages that cannot be placed confidently are routed to manual review.

The whole job runs in your browser. Files are parsed, cropped and rebuilt locally, so customer names, addresses, phone numbers, order numbers and barcodes are never uploaded to anything. Nothing persists after you clear the page, and the output carries no watermark.

When should you use Shipping Label Cropper?

  • You sell on more than one marketplace and have a mixed pile of label PDFs to print in one go.
  • You are not sure which marketplace a particular download came from and want the tool to work it out.
  • You want the tax invoice off the outside of every parcel regardless of which platform produced it.
  • You need four labels per A4 sheet so a multi-marketplace dispatch does not burn a ream of paper.
  • You print to a thermal printer and want every label, whatever its source, output at 4 × 6.
  • Your download is from a marketplace or courier that has no dedicated profile yet.
  • You want a single sorted stack across platforms rather than three separate print runs.
  • You want to review the batch on screen before printing, because a clipped barcode costs a re-dispatch.

Benefits of using Shipping Label Cropper

One pass for every marketplace

Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon templates are all registered, so a mixed pile of downloads is identified page by page instead of being sorted by hand first.

A fallback for unprofiled layouts

When no marketplace template scores well enough, a generic profile finds the label block by structure rather than branding, so an unfamiliar download is still usable.

Invoice removal across platforms

The boundary is found from each page's own invoice heading, so the same setting works whether the page came from Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon.

One output format for the whole batch

Print everything as A4 four-per-page, A6 or 4 × 6 thermal, regardless of what each source download looked like.

Ambiguous pages are shown to you

A page no template claims confidently goes to manual review rather than being cropped on the best of several bad guesses.

Nothing is uploaded

Every file is parsed and rebuilt inside your browser, so customer data from every marketplace stays on your own machine.

How to use Shipping Label Cropper

  1. 1

    Gather your label downloads

Collect the label PDFs from whichever marketplaces you are dispatching for. They do not need separating first.

  2. 2

Drop them all into the tool

Open the Shipping Label Cropper and add every file. Each page is scored against the registered templates as it loads.

  3. 3

Check what each page was matched to

The tool shows which template claimed each page. Anything it could not place is listed for manual review.

  4. 4

    Set invoice removal and sorting

Turn invoice removal on for labels only, and sort the combined batch so the printed stack matches how you pack.

  5. 5

Choose one output format and print

Pick A4 four-per-page, A6 or 4 × 6 thermal for the whole batch, then download and print at actual size.

Common problems & how to fix them

A page was matched to the wrong marketplace.

Send it to manual review and set the crop, or use that marketplace's dedicated cropper for those files. Scoring can be close when a download carries little branding.

Several pages went to manual review.

They are probably from a marketplace or courier with no profile yet. The generic profile handles many of these; where it cannot, set the crop once and the same region can be applied to the rest.

The invoice was not removed on some pages.

Those pages likely had no recognised invoice heading — thermal labels have no invoice at all, so nothing is removed by design. Check whether the page is genuinely a label-plus-invoice sheet.

Barcodes fail to scan after printing.

Print at actual size rather than fit-to-page. Rescaling a label narrows the bars below what a hub scanner reads reliably.

One marketplace's labels crop worse than the others.

Use that platform's dedicated cropper — the Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon pages apply their own profile without competing against the others' scores.

A PDF is rejected as unreadable.

Re-download it from the seller panel. A partially downloaded file, or a screenshot exported to PDF, has no text layer for anchor detection to work with.
