Before you submit
- These are the sizes reported for the 2026 IBPS PO, Clerk and RRB forms. Always confirm them in your own notification before submitting.
- Recent IBPS forms also capture a live photo from your webcam or phone during the application; that step happens on the IBPS site itself.
- The declaration text is set by IBPS and must be written, not typed. Copy it exactly from your notification.

Common Questions
140 × 60 pixels is small by design. Sign large and dark on white paper, crop close to the ink, and it will stay legible at that size.
A 200 × 230 photo is often under 20 KB even at top quality. The tool adds invisible filler bytes so it meets the minimum without changing the picture.
It varies, so the tool aims about 3% under the upper limit and, where there is a lower limit, just above it in 1,024-byte KB. The file is accepted either way.
