Please read these terms carefully before using DocsSeva's tools.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing and using DocsSeva.com ('the Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
  • If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our tools.

2. Description of Service

  • DocsSeva provides a collection of free online tools for processing documents and images (e.g., PDF compression, image conversion, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or the Service entirely at any time without notice.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
  • You must not upload files containing malware, viruses, or illegal material.
  • We do not claim ownership of any files you upload. You retain all rights to your original files.

4. Advertising and Third-Party Services

  • DocsSeva may display ads from Google AdSense or other advertising partners to keep the service free.
  • Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not endorse or control third-party ads, websites, products, or services linked from advertisements.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.
  • We are not responsible for any data loss, file corruption, or other damages that may result from using our tools.
  • You use the Service at your own risk. Always keep backups of your original files.

6. Your Files and Responsible Use

  • Only process files you own or are authorised to modify. You are responsible for having the right to edit, convert or share each document you use with the Service.
  • The watermark removal and PDF unlock tools are for your own documents, and for documents you are licensed or permitted to change. Do not use them to strip copyright notices, ownership marks or access protection from someone else's work.
  • Many tools process files entirely in your browser. Tools that need a server receive your file over HTTPS only to produce the result you asked for, and do not keep it as permanent storage. Our Privacy Policy explains this in detail.

7. Accuracy of Results

  • Results depend on the file you provide. Compression depends on the images and text inside a document, OCR on scan quality and language, and conversion can change layout.
  • Size and exam presets, passport photo formats and our guides are practical starting points, not official requirements. Check the current rules of the portal or authority you are submitting to, and inspect every output before you submit it.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The DocsSeva name, website design, text, guides and software are owned by DocsSeva and may not be copied or republished without permission.
  • You keep every right to the files you process and to the results you download. We claim no ownership of either.

9. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms as tools are added or changed. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
  • Continuing to use DocsSeva after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
