What is Amazon Label Cropper?
Amazon Label Cropper is a free online tool that trims Amazon seller labels down to the label itself. Amazon India sellers see two shapes depending on the fulfilment route: an A4 sheet carrying the shipping label above a tax invoice, and a standalone 4 × 6 thermal label. Both are registered as separate templates, and both are matched per page — a 4 × 6 label is not a small A4 page and cropping it as though it were is how the address block ends up half missing.
There is a second split that matters more on Amazon than on other marketplaces: FBA carrier labels and self-ship (FBM / Easy Ship) labels are worded differently. The anchors accept either, so the detector looks for the Amazon or amazon.in wordmark, a "Tax Invoice" or "Invoice Number" heading and where it falls on the page, a ship-to or deliver-to block, and the identifier fields — ASIN, FNSKU or Order ID — that tell an FBA label apart from a self-ship one. A cropper tuned only for FBA quietly mangles a self-ship batch, and the seller finds out at the pickup.
The crop rectangle starts from the template and is then refined from what was actually detected on that page, because Amazon pages are not uniform. A multi-line address, a longer product title in the invoice block, or an order with several line items all move the boundary. Cutting every page at the same coordinate eventually clips a barcode, and a clipped barcode fails at the hub rather than on your screen. A page the detector cannot place with confidence is sent to manual review instead of being cropped on a guess.
Everything happens inside your browser tab. The PDF is parsed, cropped and rebuilt on your own machine, so buyer names, delivery addresses, Order IDs, ASINs, FNSKUs and barcodes are never uploaded. Nothing is stored once you clear the page, and no watermark is added to the result.
When should you use Amazon Label Cropper?
- Your Amazon download is an A4 sheet with the tax invoice under the label and you want to print labels only.
- You have standalone 4 × 6 thermal labels that need trimming to the printer's page without rescaling the barcode.
- You dispatch both FBA and self-ship orders and want one pass to handle both wordings.
- You want four labels per A4 sheet so a big dispatch does not consume a stack of paper.
- You would rather your invoice and margins were not printed on the outside of the box.
- You need the batch ordered by SKU so picking runs product by product.

- You want to check a batch on screen first, because one shaved barcode is one parcel that will not scan.

Get the label PDF for the orders you are shipping. FBA and self-ship files can go in together.

Open the Amazon Label Cropper and drop the files in. Each page is matched against both Amazon templates and both label wordings as it loads.

Leave invoice removal on to print labels only. Thermal labels carry no invoice, so the setting simply does not apply to them.

Common problems & how to fix them
Send that page to manual review and set the boundary. The two wordings are both accepted, but an unusual variant can score low; the rest of the batch is unaffected.
The page was probably matched as the A4 template. Re-check it in manual review and apply the thermal crop — a 4 × 6 label has no invoice section to remove.
Print at actual size rather than fit-to-page. Scaling a 4 × 6 label onto A4 narrows the bars below what hub scanners read reliably.
Its anchors did not score high enough — often a long address or a template variant. Crop it by hand rather than letting the tool guess at a barcode's edge.
That label template does not print an ASIN. Sort by Order ID or SKU instead, both of which appear on more Amazon templates.
Download it again from Seller Central. A partially downloaded file, or a screenshot exported as a PDF, has no text layer for the anchors to read.
