What is Flipkart Label Cropper?

Flipkart Label Cropper is a free online tool that turns a Flipkart seller label PDF into labels you can actually print. Flipkart hands sellers two different things depending on how the order ships: an A4 page with the label block at the top and the tax invoice beneath it, and a compact 4 × 6 thermal label with no invoice at all. Both are registered as separate templates here, because the same page size never implies the same layout — assuming it does is how a cropper ends up cutting a thermal label as though it were half an A4 sheet.

For the A4 variant the tool locates the boundary between the label and the invoice and cuts there, leaving the shipping label alone. Detection reads text anchors from the page rather than trusting a measurement: the Flipkart wordmark, the "Tax Invoice" or "Invoice No" heading and where on the page it appears, the ship-to or delivery address block, and the Ekart logistics markings that identify the carrier block. The crop is then refined per page from what was found.

The refinement matters because Flipkart pages vary within a single download. A two-line address and a six-line address do not put the invoice heading in the same place, and an order with several line items pushes it further still. Cropping every page at one coordinate works until the page where it does not, and the failure mode is a barcode with its top edge shaved off — which scans fine on screen and not at all at the hub. Pages the detector cannot place confidently are routed to manual review instead.

The entire job runs in your browser. Your PDF is parsed, cropped and rebuilt locally, so buyer names, delivery addresses, order IDs, AWB numbers and barcodes are never uploaded. Nothing is stored after you clear the page and no watermark is added.

When should you use Flipkart Label Cropper?

  • Your Flipkart download is an A4 sheet with the tax invoice below the label and you want to print the label only.
  • You have 4 × 6 thermal labels from Flipkart and want them cropped clean to the printer's page size.
  • Your download mixes A4 label-plus-invoice sheets and thermal labels, and you want both handled in one pass.
  • You want four labels on an A4 sheet so a large dispatch does not consume a ream of paper.
  • You would rather the invoice, with your margins on it, was not stuck to the outside of the box.
  • You need labels sorted by SKU so picking runs product by product instead of order by order.
  • You want them ordered by AWB number to match the Ekart manifest you hand over.
  • You want to eyeball a batch before printing, because one clipped barcode means one parcel that cannot be scanned.

Benefits of using Flipkart Label Cropper

Handles both Flipkart formats

The A4 label-plus-invoice sheet and the 4 × 6 Ekart thermal label are registered as separate templates, so a mixed download is cropped correctly rather than uniformly.

The cut follows the invoice heading

Each page's boundary is found from the "Tax Invoice" or "Invoice No" heading actually on it, so a long address or a multi-item order does not shift the crop into the barcode.

SKU and AWB sorting

Order by SKU to pick one product at a time, or by AWB so the printed stack matches the Ekart handover manifest.

Four per A4, A6 or thermal output

Print the way your printer works rather than the way the download arrived, without rescaling the barcode out of tolerance.

Low-confidence pages are surfaced

A page the detector cannot place is shown for manual review instead of being cropped on a guess, which is what turns into an unscannable parcel.

Nothing is uploaded

Parsing, cropping and rebuilding all happen in your browser, so buyer addresses, order IDs and AWB numbers stay on your machine.

How to use Flipkart Label Cropper

  1. 1

Download labels from Flipkart Seller Hub

Get the label PDF for the orders you are dispatching. A mix of A4 and thermal downloads in one batch is fine.

  2. 2

Add the files to the cropper

Open the Flipkart Label Cropper and drop the PDFs in. Each page is matched against both registered Flipkart templates as it loads.

  3. 3

    Set invoice handling

Keep invoice removal on for labels only. Thermal labels carry no invoice, so the setting simply does not apply to them.

  4. 4

    Sort the batch

Order by SKU to pick product by product, or by AWB to match the Ekart handover sequence.

  5. 5

    Choose the output and print

Pick A4 four-per-page, A6 or 4 × 6 thermal, clear anything flagged for review, then download and print at actual size.

Common problems & how to fix them

A thermal label came out cropped like an A4 page.

Confirm the page was matched as the thermal template, not the A4 one. A thermal label has no invoice, so if invoice removal appears to have cut it, the page was matched wrongly — send it to manual review and set the crop.

A page went to manual review.

Its anchors did not score high enough — usually an unusual address length or a template variant. Crop that page by hand; the rest of the batch is unaffected.

The barcode will not scan after printing.

Print at actual size, not fit-to-page. Scaling a 4 × 6 label onto A4 shrinks the bars below what a hub scanner reads reliably.

The invoice is still under the label.

Invoice removal is off, or the page is a variant whose invoice heading was not recognised. Turn removal on; if the page is then flagged, set the boundary manually.

Sorting by SKU does nothing.

That download does not expose an SKU field on the label — some Flipkart templates do not. Sort by AWB or order number instead.

The PDF is rejected as unreadable.

Re-download it from Seller Hub. A partially downloaded file, or one printed to PDF from a screenshot, has no text layer for anchor detection to read.
