The password format

Before you unlock it
- The same password opens the AIS PDF, the TIS PDF, the AIS Consolidated Feedback PDF and the acknowledgement receipts, and the AIS downloaded from the AIS mobile app.
- The PAN must be in lower case: AAAAA1234A becomes aaaaa1234a. Typing it in capitals will not work.
- Form 26AS uses a different password: only your date of birth, as DDMMYYYY.
