RRB NTPC Signature Resize (30–49 KB)
Railway NTPC applications take your photo live through the webcam or phone camera, so the file you upload when you apply is the signature: a JPG between 30 and 49 KB, at least 140 × 60 pixels. Drop in your scan and download one that fits.

Before you submit
- Update your Aadhaar photo and biometrics before applying. In the 2026 RRB notices, if the live photo does not match, you must upload a form signed by a Gazetted Officer.
- Sign in running (joined) handwriting — capital, block or disjointed letters are rejected, as are a non-white background and non-black ink. Scan at 100 DPI or more. The signature must match the one you give at the exam and document verification.
- Older figures online — signature 10–40 KB or 30–70 KB, photo 20–50 KB or 320 × 240 px — are from the 2019 and 2024 notices and no longer apply.
- Checked against the NTPC notices CEN 06/2025 and 07/2025 and RRB's 2026 notices up to CEN 05/2026. The detailed notices for the 2026 NTPC cycle (CEN 06/2026 and 07/2026) were not published yet — re-check the sizes when they are.

Not when you apply: the form captures a live photo through your webcam or phone's front camera. If you are shortlisted, you upload a scanned photo and signature before document verification, and you carry printed photos on exam and verification days.
The notice asks for at least 140 × 60 pixels, signed in a 35 × 20 mm box and scanned at 100 DPI or more. 207 × 118 is that box at 150 DPI, which clears the minimum with room to stay sharp.
The tool adds invisible filler bytes to reach 30 KB without changing the picture. The file stays a normal JPG that any viewer opens.
It varies, so the tool aims about 3% under the upper limit and, where there is a lower limit, just above it in 1,024-byte KB. The file is accepted either way.
